A contemporary property built into the hillside faced in natural stone and blue slate, with an innovative insulated concrete formwork (ICF) system forming the main structure to the lower level and a steel frame above.
The design features a contemporary oak-framed structure, with living spaces located on the upper level to take advantage of the far-reaching views.
A cantilevered study ‘pod’ extends outward, adding a striking architectural element.
