ABOUT
Shortlisted for the Building Excellence Awards when works were complete, the project included the conversion of a derelict barn into four dwellings, plus a fifth dwelling built on the end which incorporated both conversion and extension works.
Situated high on the hillside the development had its challenges and required fine detailing to ensure it would stand the test of time in such a harsh environment.
The views south across the Colne valley are far reaching with Holme Moss and Emley Moor mast visible in the distance.
