ABOUT
This project is a large 2 storey extension to a beautiful existing property set in stunning grounds.
Although the main aim was to extend the property, the project encompassed reorganisation of the existing house layout to work with the new extension, renovation of all parts of the existing house, new external works and out buildings as well.
Working closely with the contractor and interior design team, Wake Morley Architects developed the proposed scheme in consultation with the client to achieve a cohesive and well-conceived design that harmonises existing and new seamlessly.
Using 3D modelling, WMA were able to realise the clients dream staircase which ascends in an eye catching sweep creating drama from the first moment a visitor enters the house.
The resulting house is perfectly suited to the client’s requirements and is an exquisite example of its type.
