ABOUT
Consisting of 2 drive thru units and a stand-alone takeaway premises, the scheme at Maesglas has transformed this once derelict land in a prominent position within the town, near Newport.
Working for a developer client, the food court at Port Road, Maesglas, is an asset to the local community and sits harmoniously adjacent to neighbouring commercial properties.
Working with representatives from Greggs, Starbucks and Domino’s, we were able to achieve a complex of buildings which harnessed the desired aesthetic of each operator, whilst the parking and landscaping tied the overall scheme together.
The scheme includes the first Greggs drive thru to be built in Wales.
